- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tbsp Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip
- 1 tbsp buffalo sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt & pepper to taste
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup carrots, shredded
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Gather all ingredients. In a medium sized bowl, combine flour, water, Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well until there are no lumps. Toss in cauliflower florets and fold until fully coated.
Place each cauliflower evenly apart in one layer in an air fryer basket lined with parchment paper. Cook at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crisp.
Add romaine to a bowl then top with avocado, carrots, cherry tomatoes, and buffalo cauliflower. Drizzle with more Feta Cheese Dressing, serve, and enjoy your Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower!
