Ingredients
- 1 8oz Chicken breast cutlet, boneless & skinless
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp italian herbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 medium romaine leaves
- ¼ cup Crumbled bacon, cooked
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- ½ large avocado, chopped
- Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
- Fresh chives, finely chopped
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Heat a skillet over medium high heat and add olive oil. Combine garlic powder, salt & pepper, and Italian herbs and mix well. Rub chicken with seasoning mixture on both sides then add chicken to the skillet. Cook for 7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool then shred.
Lay out romaine lettuce leaves concave up. Fill each cup with chicken, bacon, and avocado. Drizzle with Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip, top with chives, and serve. Enjoy your BLT Chicken Salad Cups!
