Ingredients
- 3 Slices whole grain bread, toasted
- Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread
- 1 small carrot, shavings
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ½ tsp everything bagel seasoning
- 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp fresh basil leaves, sliced
- 1 tsp goat or feta cheese crumble
- ¼ cup cucumber, sliced
- 1 large radish, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp fresh dill sprigs
- Flaky salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Plate the toast slices and spread with a generous amount of Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread. Top with your favorite fixings, or do it our way!
Top one slice with avocado, carrot shavings, and everything bagel seasoning.
Top another slice with cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and goat cheese.
Top the last slice with cucumber, radish, dill, flaky salt, and pepper.
