Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower crust, pre-made
we used Trader Joe’s - Toby’s Jalapeño Dip
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
we use Daiya dairy-free mozzarella - 1/4 cup pesto
we used Trader Joe’s vegan pesto - Handful of arugula, to garnish
- 1/2 avocado, sliced, to garnish
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Prepare crust according to package instructions.
Add your pizza sauce, pesto, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts to crust. Add dollops of Toby’s Jalapeño Dip for an extra kick.
Cook in oven for ~10 minutes or until golden.
Top with arugula and avocado. Drizzle with hot sauce if you’re feeling spicy!
Serve with your favorite Toby’s Dressing. Enjoy!
