Ingredients
- 1 cup Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread
- 8 oz White cheddar
- 4 cups Baguette crackers
- 2 English cucumbers,
- 18 slices Salami
- 6 Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 Red grape bundles
- ½ cup Pistachios
- 9 Sprigs fresh rosemary
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. In 9 small clear cups, divide Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread between them.
Cube half of the white cheddar and thinly slice the rest. Slice the cucumber evenly in three ways, round slices, thick rectangular slices, and long very thin slices. Roll the long thin slices into roses. Divide the cubed portion among the cups. Arrange baguette crackers and tuck in the cucumbers, sliced cheese and salami.
Add tomatoes to three cups, grapes to three cups, and pistachios to three cups for some variety.
Garnish the cups with a sprig of rosemary, serve, and enjoy your Charcuterie Cups with Plant Based Dip!
