Gather all ingredients. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Blanch asparagus until vibrant green and pat dry. Season with salt & pepper and cook the asparagus for 10 minutes flipping occasionally until lightly charred and set aside. Toss dates in an empty skillet and cook for 5 minutes until lightly charred.
In a small bowl, combine watermelon radish, lemon juice, and toss.
On a plate, arrange asparagus, dates, and watermelon radish. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, goat cheese, and drizzle with Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip.
