Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups Toby’s Probiotic Yogurt Ranch Dressing & Dip
- 12 oz pasta, we used rotini
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup cheddar, shredded
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 cups grape tomatoes, red and yellow, sliced
- 1 can olives, sliced
- Optional: add bacon or favorite protein
Instructions
To begin preparing your Cheesy Ranch Pasta Salad, gather all of the ingredients. Boil water and cook pasta the rotini, or pasta of choice according to package instructions. You’ll want the pasta to be al dente, so it’s not overcooked once you’ve baked it.
Prep your tomatoes and olives by slicing them, unless they’ve come pre-sliced.
Add Toby’s Probiotic Yogurt Ranch Dressing & Dip, garlic powder, grated parmesan cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese to a large mixing bowl. Stir until fully mixed and then add the sliced grape tomatoes and olives and lightly toss until evenly mixed.
When the pasta is finished cooking, drain it and rinse. Then, add the pasta to the bowl with Yogurt Ranch Dressing and the other ingredients. Mix in the pasta gently until it becomes well coated.
Chill your pasta or serve it right away. Enjoy!
