Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip
- 3 tbsp flour
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 large chicken breasts, tenderized
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedge, garnish
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 425 F. In a shallow dish, add egg, milk, Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip, and olive oil. Whisk until fully combined. Add flour and mix again, adding more until desired consistency for batter is reached. In a separate shallow dish, add breadcrumbs.
Coat chicken breasts in flour, then coat in batter. Coat in breadcrumbs, then lay on a greased baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Slice and plate chicken, drizzle with more Feta Cheese Dressing, and garnish with parsley & a lemon wedge. Serve and enjoy your Crispy Chicken Breast Cutlets!
