Crispy Chicken Taquitos with Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip

- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. jalapeño, diced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 8 corn tortillas, 6 inch
- 1 cup cheese mix, shredded
- Cooking spray of choice
- Small tomato, diced
Gather all ingredients. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip, shredded chicken, cumin, chili powder, jalapeño, and half the green onions. Mix until well combined.
To heat and soften the tortillas, place on a plate with a damp paper towel over them and microwave for 30 seconds. Add about 2 tbsp. of the chicken mixture and a bit of cheese to the center of each tortilla. Roll into taquito and hold the shape with a toothpick.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, then place in the taquitos. Spray them with the cooking spray and set the air fryer to 380 F. Cook for 8 minutes or until the tortilla is crisp.
Remove and let cool. Drizzle the tortillas with some Jalapeño Ranch Dressing and top with tomatoes, jalapeño, cheese, and green onions. Serve and enjoy your Crispy Chicken Taquitos!
