Crispy Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard

- Toby’s Honey Mustard, for dipping
- 2 lbs. boneless chicken tenders
- 1 cup flour of choice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper powder, or chipotle
- 2 tbsp. oil, for pan
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for serving
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Gather all ingredients. In a large bowl, toss chicken tenders in eggs and flour mixture, then coat in bread crumbs.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a pan, sear the coated chicken tenders with cooking oil of choice until golden brown on medium heat. Remove tenders from the pan and lay on your lined baking sheet. Bake for ~20 or until chicken tenders are extra crispy and golden.
Plate tenders and top with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley.
