Gather all ingredients. In a large bowl, toss chicken tenders in eggs and flour mixture, then coat in bread crumbs.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a pan, sear the coated chicken tenders with cooking oil of choice until golden brown on medium heat. Remove tenders from the pan and lay on your lined baking sheet. Bake for ~20 or until chicken tenders are extra crispy and golden.
Plate tenders and top with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley.
