To begin preparing your Crispy Loaded Potato Skins, gather all of the ingredients. Heat up the oven to 425 degrees F.
Combine the melted butter, seasoned salt, and garlic powder in a small bowl and set it aside to use later.
Cut each of the pre baked potatoes in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, scoop out the middle part of the potato leaving about 1/4″ shell.
Brush over both the inside and outside of the potatoes with the butter mixture you prepped earlier. Place the potatoes flat side down on a baking sheet and place them in the oven for 15 minutes.
After that, flip the potatoes over and bake them for an additional 5 minutes, or until light golden and crisp.
Remove your potatoes from the oven. Fill each potato with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Return them to the oven for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Again remove them from the oven. Top you potatoes with freshly chopped green onion and serve with a full ramekin of Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip. Enjoy your Crispy Loaded Potato Skins!
