Ingredients
Chicken
- 4 oz boneless chicken thigh, skinless
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Cumin
- ½ tsp Paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
Fixings
- 2 cups leaf lettuce, chopped
- ¼ cup Roasted Bell peppers, sliced
- 1 small avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 Lime wedges
- Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip
- 1 tsp Roasted chili flakes
Instructions
Gather all of the ingredients. Preheat and grease a skillet over medium high heat. Combine and mix chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, and salt & pepper; then rub chicken with mixture. Roast in the skillet for 10 minutes on either side then remove from heat and set aside.
While the chicken is resting, divide leaf lettuce, avocado, and roasted bell pepper between two bowls. Slice the chicken and add to the bowls as well, squeezing over with lime wedges. Drizzle with Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip and Garnish with cilantro and chili flakes, Serve and enjoy your Fajita Chicken & Jalapeño Ranch Salad!
