Ingredients
Chicken
- 1 medium chicken breast, 8 oz
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp salt & pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
Fixings
- 2 cups green leaf lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup english cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp red olives, sliced
- ¼ cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 2 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Rub chicken breast with a mixture of garlic powder, oregano, thyme, and salt & pepper. Add oil to the skillet and cook chicken for 15 minutes flipping occasionally until browned on both sides and cooked through.
In 2 serving bowls, arrange lettuce, cucumber, onion, olives, tomatoes, and toss. Add chicken sliced, and drizzle with a generous serving of Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip.
Garnish with fresh dill and finish with salt & pepper. Serve and enjoy your Greek Salad with Chicken!
