Ingredients
- 3 medium russet potatoes
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Chives, finely chopped
- Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Bring a large pot of water to boil and boil the potatoes with the skin on for 25 minutes until slightly softened. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
Slice the potatoes in half lengthwise and remove the softened center about ¼ inch from the skin. Bake for 15 minutes until fully cooked and golden. Fill with cheddar cheese and bacon bits then bake again for 10 more minutes until the cheese is fully melted.
Drizzle with Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip and garnish with fresh chives. Serve with a ramekin of more Ranch, serve, and enjoy your Loaded Cheesy Potato Skins!
