Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 6 oz Coconut milk
- 1 Mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup raspberries
- ½ cup Genesis Organic Strawberry Lemonade
- 1 tbsp Muesli or granola
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. In a jar, combine and mix chia seeds and coconut milk, seal and set aside for 10 minutes until thick consistency.
Add half the mango to a blender and blend until smooth adding coconut milk as needed. Separately blend the raspberries and Genesis Organic Strawberry Lemonade until smooth.
In a glass cup, layer the chia seed pudding, the mango blend, and the lemonade blend and top with remaining mango, and raspberries. Sprinkle over some muesli, serve, and enjoy your Mango Strawberry Chia Pudding!
