Ingredients
- ½ lb. ribeye steak, chopped
- 1 small yellow onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 8 hawaiian rolls, halved
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Heat up a large skillet over medium high heat. Combine steak, onion, red bell pepper, and worcestershire sauce in a bowl and mix well. Add a bit of cooking oil to the heated pan and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until meat is cooked through. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 325 F.
Plate the rolls and top the bottom half with the steak veggie mix. Top with provolone cheese and the top half of the roll, then bake for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Remove the top buns and drizzle with Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip. Serve and enjoy!
