Did you know you can make fresh sorbet from scratch without an ice cream machine? Well now you know! Just blend, freeze, then blend again! To begin preparing your sorbet, gather all of the ingredients. In a blender, purée the fresh raspberries along with a bottle of Genesis Organic Strawberry Lemonade. Frozen raspberry will work as well, make sure to thaw them using water prior to preparation. Carefully sieve or strain the blended mixture to remove the raspberry seeds, then pour the mixture into a shallow baking pan. Freeze the mixture for about 4 hours, or overnight, until solid.
Scrape up all of the frozen mixture from the pan using a wooden spatula and blend the mixture again until smooth. Scoop out the sorbet into a small bowl and garnish with fresh mint. Serve immediately or store in the freezer using a plastic or paper container. The sorbet may solidify and need to be blended again, so paper is recommended for easy removal.
