- 1 package of arugula, about 2 handfuls
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1 cup microgreens / sprouts
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 watermelon radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bundle asparagus, cut each stalk into ribbons
- Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
