Ingredients
- 2 cups Yukon gold potatoes, chopped
- 1 tbsp Butter
- ½ tsp salt & pepper, to taste
- 16 oz Steak, chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Fresh thyme, chopped
- Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Oil the skillet then add in potatoes, cook for 15 minutes tossing regularly and leave on heat.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and olive oil. Add in the chopped steak and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Add steak and butter to the skillet with the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes until medium or to preference.
Serve with fresh thyme and drizzle with Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip. Enjoy your Steak Potato Skillet!
