Ingredients
Overnight Oats
- 3/4 bottle Genesis Strawberry Apple Juice
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 3 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
can sub for different sweetener or omit - 1/2 cup plant-based milk
we used oat milk
Chia Jam
- 1 tbsp. Genesis Strawberry Apple Juice
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
Instructions
Please note this recipe requires overnight refrigeration.
Gather all ingredients.
Mix Genesis Strawberry Apple Juice, chia seeds, oats, plant milk, and maple syrup in a container and seal. Place in the fridge overnight.
Make a chia jam by blending strawberries, chia seeds, and juice. When ready to serve, add chia jam to the bottom of a jar or glass, followed with overnight oat mix.
Top with raspberries, strawberries, mango, sliced banana, and coconut flakes. If you don’t have these on hand, use any other fruit, frozen or fresh, that you have on hand. Enjoy!
