Gather all ingredients.
Add water and cane sugar to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add rhubarb and strawberries.
Cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Let cool.
Add to a blender and blend until almost smooth—leave chunky if you prefer more texture. You can also make this into a syrup. Simply strain in a fine mesh cloth to remove pulp.
Rim two glasses with salt. You can omit this step if salt rims aren’t your thing.
Add 2 tbsp. of strawberry-rhubarb puree to a glass. Add a handful of ice and your preferred amount of cold gin.
Fill rest of glass with Genesis Strawberry Lemonade and sparkling water.
Gently stir then top with basil, sliced strawberries, and lime wedge. Enjoy!
