- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp. butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp. Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip
- 1 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. freshly chopped thyme
- 1 1/2 lb. baby bella mushrooms
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil
Gather all of the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and grease a baking sheet with some olive oil.
In a medium bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese and mix well. Next, add in butter, garlic, cream cheese, and Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip, and fresh herbs and mix well until fully incorporated.
Gently rinse, de-stem, and hollow the mushrooms. Carefully spoon the cheese filling into each mushroom, about 1-2 tablespoons in each. Place the mushrooms on the baking sheet then bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are soft and the cheese filling is lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Plate the mushrooms and drizzle them with more Feta Cheese Dressing. Serve and enjoy your Stuffed Mushrooms!
