Gather all ingredients. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Slice jalapeños and remove seeds with a small spoon. Make sure you are wearing gloves as jalapeños can irritate skin.
Add a small amount of cream cheese to fill jalapeño, then finish with a spoonful of Toby’s Plant Based Dip. Note, the amount will vary depending on your jalapeño size. Fill each jalapeño with cream cheese and Toby’s.
Mix panko bread crumbs and butter in a bowl. Top filled jalapeños with bread crumbs. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for ~15 minutes or until golden on top. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Top with chives. Serve with your favorite Toby’s Dressing & Dip. Enjoy!
