Ingredients
- 12 Butter crackers
- ½ cup Cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup Celery sticks
- ½ cup Mini bell peppers, sliced
- 6 Baby carrots
- 3-4 Radishes, sliced
- ½ cup Mild cheddar, cubed
- ¼ cup Snap peas
- ⅓ cup Cauliflower florets
- Toby’s Yogurt Ranch Dressing & Dip
- Toby’s Original Dip & Spread
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. On a large circular platter with a large ramekin, arrange butter crackers for the ears. Surround the ramekin and fill in the platter with cucumber, celery sticks, and mini bell peppers. Add baby carrots for whiskers, outline the ears with cubed cheddar cheese, and arrange radishes for color. Place cauliflower florets for the torso.
To make the face, add Toby’s Yogurt Ranch Dressing & Dip. On the surface place cut up radishes for the mouth, cucumber for the nose, baby carrots for the eyes, and snap peas for the pupils. Serve with Toby’s Original Dip & Spread and enjoy your Easter Snack Platter!
