Ingredients
- 15 oz Russet potatoes, cut wedge style
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ cup Parmesan, grated
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Salt & pepper, to taste
- Leafy parsley, finely chopped
- Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the air fryer at 450 for 4 minutes. Toss potato wedges with olive oil in a bowl until evenly coated. In another bowl, add parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, and salt & pepper. Mix until fully combined, then toss oiled potato wedges with spice and parmesan mixture.
Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray, then add wedges, shaking to even them out. Cook for 15 minutes at 375 F until cooked through and golden brown. Toss with fresh parsley.
Serve with a ramekin of Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip and enjoy your Classic Potato Wedges!
