Ingredients
Crispy Chicken
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tsp Chili powder
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Black pepper, ground
- ½ tsp Salt, to taste
- 8 oz Chicken breast
Fixings
- 4 Romaine leaves, whole
- ½ cup Bacon bits
- ½ cup Tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup Avocado, chopped
- Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Mix chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, black pepper, and salt to taste. Rub seasoning on both sides of the chicken breast coating completely. Gently lay the seasoned chicken breast in the skillet and let cook for 15 minutes cooking evenly on both sides. Let rest before chopping.
Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving board or plate. Top with chopped chicken, chopped tomato, bacon bits, red onion, and avocado. Drizzle with Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip.
