Ingredients
- 24 Cheese stuffed tortellini
- 12 Grape tomatoes
- 12 Pickled artichoke hearts, halved
- 24 Green olives
- 12 slices Salami
- 12 Small Mozzarella pearls
- ¼ cup Fresh Basil, sliced
- ¼ tsp Salt & pepper, to taste
- Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Bring a pot of water to boil and add in tortellini, cooking for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and strain, then set aside.
On 12 wooden skewers, cut to 5-6”, skewer cherry tomato, two green olives, two tortellinis, folded salami, and mozzarella. Arrange on a serving board, salt & pepper to taste, and sprinkle with fresh basil.
Serve with a ramekin of Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip or drizzle it over and enjoy your Antipasto Skewer Board!
