Ingredients
- 2 large Chicken breasts, cut into tenders
- 1 cup Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- ½ tsp Salt & pepper, to taste
- Parsley, finely chopped
- Lemon wedges
- Toby’s Caesar Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the air fryer to 400 F.
Combine chicken and flour in a bowl and mix until coated evenly. Shake excess flour off. In a shallow dish, whisk eggs and a tbsp of water. In a separate shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt & pepper. Mix well. Coat tenders evenly with egg, the cover evenly with breadcrumb mixture, optionally repeat steps for thicker coating.
In a greased air fryer basket, arrange tenders evenly apart and spray with cooking spray. Cook at 380 F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
