- 1 Pie crust puff pastry
- ¼ cup Feta cheese crumble
- 4 tbsp Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
- 2 Medium tomatoes, sliced
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 Egg
- Fresh basil leaves
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a baking sheet and lay out pie crust flat. Sprinkle over feta cheese and drizzle on Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip, leaving 1 inch margin.
Add and layer tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. Roll crust to make a shallow tart. Whisk egg and brush over tomatoes. Bake for 10 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Remove from the oven and brush the crust with butter or oil and fresh herbs.
Drizzle with more blue cheese dressing, garnish with basil, serve, and enjoy your Basil Tomato Galette!
