Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground chicken
- ¼ cup Flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- ½ tsp salt & pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp italian seasoning
- ¼ cup celery, finely chopped
- Fresh chives, chopped
- Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
- Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 375 F. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, flour, egg, buffalo sauce, salt & pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and celery. Mix well until fully combined.
Gently roll into 1-2 inch sized balls (They will shrink in the oven.) and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until browned.
Remove and brush with more buffalo sauce and plate with a ramekin of Toby’s Ranch Dressing and Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing. Serve and enjoy!
