Ingredients
- ¼ cup Buffalo sauce
- ½ cup Cream cheese
- ¼ cup Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
- 1 ½ cups Boiled chicken breast, shredded
- ½ tsp salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 8 oz Puff pastry
- Fresh chives, finely chopped
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 425 F. In a bowl, combine buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip. Mix until fully combined and smooth. Add in shredded chicken, salt & pepper, and garlic powder, then mix again until well combined.
Roll out puff pastry and spread with buffalo chicken mixture an inch from one edge. Roll up and slice 1 inch thick pinwheels, then arrange flat and evenly apart on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with fresh chives and a ramekin of Blue Cheese with a drizzle of buffalo sauce. Enjoy your Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels!
