To begin preparing your burrito bowls with jalapeño ranch, gather all of the ingredients.
Start by setting a pan or skillet on low-medium heat. Mix the black beans, salsa, and corn together and put that mixture in the heated pan. Heat up the black beans, salsa, and corn mixture for about 4-5 minutes until warm.
To assemble the burrito bowls, divide up the rice, tomatoes, cheese, and avocado between two bowls to make two servings. Add in the romaine or butter lettuce, as well as the warmed up mixture prepared earlier.
Top everything off with a delicious drizzle of Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch Dressing and a sprig of fresh cilantro. Serve and enjoy your burrito bowls with jalapeño ranch!
