Ingredients
- 16 oz Ground beef
- Olive oil
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Onion powder
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- ¼ tsp Salt & pepper to taste
- Cheddar cheese slices, to fit sliders
- Slider buns, toasted
- 8 Butter lettuce
- 1-2 Medium tomatoes, sliced
- Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
- Pickle slices, optional
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Heat a greased griddle pan over medium high heat (375 F.) Combine ground beef, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder chili powder, and salt & pepper to taste. Hand mix until fully combined and roll into 8, 2 oz balls.
Flatten the patties on the griddle until about ¾” thick and cook on each side for 10 minutes until cooked through and browned. Add cheddar cheese to each and leave on griddle for 5 more minutes until cheese is melty.
Arrange bun bases on a serving platter and fix with butter lettuce, tomato slices, burger patties, and a drizzle of Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip. Serve with a side of fries or chips, and enjoy your Cheese Burger Sliders!
