Ingredients
Filling
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 oz Ground beef
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Onion powder
- ¼ tsp Salt & pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Relish
Fixings
- 2 Flour tortillas
- ¼ cup cup Colby jack cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tostada
- ¼ cup Tomato, finely chopped
- Iceberg lettuce, shredded
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt & pepper. Mix well then add to skillet and cook for 10 minutes stirring frequently. Set aside.
Meanwhile, combine Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip with ketchup, mustard, and relish. Mix well until fully combined.
On a clean skillet, lay out a flour tortilla and top with beef filling, colby jack cheese, red onion, and Ranch sauce. Top with the tostada in the center and add tomato and shredded lettuce. Fold the tortilla with 6 points and flip using another flour tortilla. Ensure the folded side is face down on the skillet.
Bring the crunchwrap to medium heat stovetop and cook for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
