Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup bacon bits
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. paprika
- ¼ cup white onion
- 1 cup ketchup
- ½ cup relish
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 12 egg roll wraps
- 12 slices cheddar cheese
- Cooking spray
- Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Heat a large pan with cooking oil over medium high heat. Add in ground beef and mix constantly for 5 minutes until beef is in small bits. Add bacon bits, onion, paprika, and garlic powder and let cook for 5 more minutes stirring frequently. Add in ketchup, relish, worcester sauce, and salt & pepper. Cook and mix for another 5 minutes until the beef is fully cooked. Remove from heat.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Lay the egg roll wraps flat and place a slice of cheese on top. Add a spoon of the burger mix in the center and carefully roll diagonally, folding in the sides and tucking the flap under the roll.
Place egg rolls in the air fryer basket and grease using cooking spray. Cook them for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F, flipping halfway through.
Plate the rolls and serve with a ramekin of Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip. Enjoy your Cheeseburger Egg Rolls!
