Ingredients
- 2 Slices artisan bread
- 2 Slices cheddar cheese
- 2 Slices provolone cheese
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 Slices deli roasted turkey
- 3 Strips of bacon, cooked
- ¼ cup Baby arugula
- Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Place each slice of bread individually over butter in the skillet and top each slice with cheddar and provolone. Toast each slice for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. Remove from heat and plate.
Top one slice with deli roasted turkey, bacon, and baby arugula. Drizzle with Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip then top with the other slice. Cut in half, serve, and enjoy your Cheesy Bacon Turkey Melt!
