Christmas Tree Pinwheels with Toby’s Ranch Dressing

• 1-2 Green spinach tortillas, 8”
• 8 oz Cream cheese
• ¼ cup Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
• 2 tbsp Fresh red bell pepper, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp Green onion, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp Green olives with pimento, finely chopped
• ¼ cup Cherry tomatoes
• 1 slice of cheddar cheese, stenciled

Gather all ingredients. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip. Mix well until smooth, then add in chopped fresh red bell pepper, green onion, and green olive with pimento. Fold until well combined. 

Lay 1-2 tortillas flat, and spread with the cream cheese mixture about ½” thick and 1” away from the edges. Roll gently and slice into 7-9 pieces. Arrange into a triangle on a serving dish and sprinkle with excess bell pepper, green onion, and olives for a color pop. 

Decorate with cherry tomatoes and a cheese star on top. Serve and enjoy your Christmas Tree Pinwheels!
