Ingredients
- 16 oz pizza dough, we used premade
- ¼ cup pesto
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 mozzarella sticks, sliced
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- Rosemary
- Cooking spray
- Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 F. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, roll 2 inch balls of pizza dough and arrange in tree shape. Spoon pesto and tuck in mozzarella slices in between the rolls. Top with parmesan, cherry tomatoes, and rosemary.
Spray with cooking spray and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with a ramekin of Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip and enjoy.
