Ingredients
- 16 oz cornbread mix
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup water
- ⅓ cup Creamed corn
- ⅓ cup Whole kernel canned corn
- ⅓ cup Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- Fresh green onion, sliced
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 F. In a large mixing bowl, combine cornbread mix, eggs, olive oil, water, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, cheddar cheese, and Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip. Mix well until fully incorporated.
Pour and spread evenly in a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake for 23 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Slice, plate, and serve with a dollop of more ranch dressing and garnish with fresh green onion. Enjoy your Creamed Corn Casserole!
