Ingredients
- 4 cups Kale, sliced into strips
- 1 large Apple, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
- 2 tbsp Pepitas
- 2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Brink a kettle of water to boil and blanch the kale for 5 minutes until vibrant green. Set aside and let dry or pat gently with a paper towel or clean cloth. Meanwhile, cut up the apple.
In a serving bowl or dish, arrange a bed of kale and top with apple slices and drizzle with Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip.
