To begin preparing your Fall Lemon Apple Punch, gather all of the ingredients. Start by heating up the water in a pot to medium-high heat. Add the honey, nutmeg, 3 cinnamon sticks, 3 whole star anise, and a couple sprigs of rosemary. Let the herbs boil for 10-15 minutes then set the infusion aside and let it cool.
Meanwhile, pour the bottle of Genesis Organic PNW Apple Juice and the bottle of Genesis Organic Ginger Lemonade into a large 2 liter pitcher and mix. Thinly slice the apple and add it to the pitcher as well.
Once the honey and spice mixture has cooled, add it to the pitcher and mix together well. Add in some ice to keep it cool. Fill a glass about 2/3rds then top it off with some seltzer water for a bubbly finish. Garnish with sliced apples, a cinnamon stick, and a sprig of rosemary.
