Ingredients
Patties
- 12 oz Ground turkey
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- ¼ cup Feta cheese crumble
- ½ cup Spinach, blanched
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ¼ tsp Salt & pepper, to taste
Fixings
- 4 Brioche buns, toasted
- 4 Butter lettuce leaves
- 1 Large tomato, sliced
- ½ cup Cucumber, sliced
- Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
- ¼ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, olive oil, feta cheese crumble, spinach, garlic, onion powder. Chili powder, paprika, and salt & pepper to taste. Mix well with your hands, then roll into four 3 oz balls.
Add another tbsp to the skillet and press down the turkey balls to make patties. Sear the patties, 5 minutes on each side until browned. Cover with lid, lower heat to medium low, and cook for 5 more minutes.
Meanwhile, plate the buns and top with butter lettuce and tomato slices. Add the turkey patties, add cucumber slices, and drizzle generously with Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip. Finish with red onion, more cheese crumble, fresh dill, and the top bun. Serve and enjoy your Feta Spinach Turkey Burger!
