Ingredients
- ½ cup Green bell pepper, sliced
- ¼ cup Broccoli florets
- ¼ cup Snap peas
- ¼ cup Celery sticks
- ½ cup Cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup Green grapes
- ⅓ cup Square pretzels
- ¼ cup Almonds , toasted
- Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Arrange bell pepper, snap peas. Celery sticks, and cucumber around the edge of a serving board, leaving a football shaped hole in the center.
Fill the empty center of the board with pretzels and almonds and surrounding gaps with broccoli and grapes. Use mozzarella strips to create the football grip.
