Ingredients
Ground Beef
- 8 oz ground beef
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tsp Chili powder
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Salt & pepper, to taste
Fixings
- 2 cups Green leaf lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup Canned yellow sweet corn, drained
- ½ cup Tortilla chips, crumbled
- ¼ cup Colby jack cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 Jalapeño, sliced
- Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat a pan with water and olive oil over medium heat. Once simmering, add ground beef and cook mixing constantly for 10 minutes or until water is evaporated. Add chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and salt & pepper, then cook for five more minutes until fully cooked through and browned.
On two plates, add a bed of lettuce and top with cooked ground beef, corn, tortilla chips, colby jack cheese, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and jalapeño slices. Drizzle with Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip, serve and enjoy your Fresh Taco Salad!
