Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking pan with a metal rack.
Pat the wings dry using a paper towel, then lightly coat in cornstarch. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine the wings and oil in a large bowl and toss until lightly coated. Arrange wings on the rack so they don’t touch and bake for 35 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
While the wings are baking, prepare the parmesan sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add in the garlic. Cook until browned. Remove from heat and stir in the parsley and parmesan cheese.
Remove chicken from the oven and toss in a bowl with the parmesan sauce until fully coated. Plate and sprinkle with some extra parmesan and parsley. Serve with a ramekin of Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip. Enjoy your Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings!
