Ingredients
- 5 cups farfalle pasta, uncooked
- 1/2 large cucumber, sliced and halved
- 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup olives, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 avocado, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip
Instructions
To begin preparing your pasta salad, gather all of the ingredients. Heat up a large pot of water to boiling. Then, add in the farfalle pasta and turn down the heat to medium high. Let the pasta cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is tender to the touch. Remove the pasta from the heat once it’s done, strain the water out, and set the pasta aside to cool down. Blanching the pasta is optional, we prefer it without.
In a large bowl, add in the sliced cucumber, the halved grape tomatoes, the chopped onion, and the cooled farfalle, then gently combine ingredients until evenly mixed. Next, add in the chopped avocado, the sliced olives, the chopped cilantro, and Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip. Toss the salad gently to mix. Serve and enjoy your Greek Inspired Pasta Salad!
