To begin preparing your grilled vegetable kabobs with ranch, gather all of the ingredients. Heat up a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, around 400 degrees F. If you are using wooden skewers, prepare them by soaking them in a bowl or tray of water for 10 minutes, prior to preparing this recipe. If you are using metal skewers, no prep will be necessary.
Cut up all of the vegetables into 1/2″ slices or chunks. Then, thread the vegetables on to the skewers alternating the veggies, until you’ve reached the end of the skewer. Drizzle over the vegetables with olive oil and sprinkle over evenly with salt and pepper.
