Grilled Veggie Panini

- Toby’s Original Dip & Spread
- Bread of choice, we used sourdough
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced squash
- 1/4 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 avocado
- Cilantro, or herb or choice
Gather all ingredients. Lightly sauté squash and bell pepper in a pan with a small amount of oil. Use more vegetables if desired. Assemble the sandwich with a thick spread of Toby’s Original Plant Based Dip & Spread.
Add to a panini press or grill pan. Grill until crispy and golden. Serve with chips and radishes. Enjoy!
