- 2 Slices artisan bread, toasted
- 2 Slices heirloom tomato
- ¼ cup Microgreens
- 1 Avocado, pitted and sliced
- ¼ cup Cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup Red onion, sliced
- 4 tbsp Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread
- 2 Slices havarti cheese
Gather all ingredients. On a slice of bread, add tomato, microgreens, avocado, cucumber, and red onion, layered on top of each other.
Generously spread Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread on the other slice of bread and top with the havarti cheese. Put the two slices of bread together and slice the sandwich in half or eat as is. Serve and enjoy your Havarti Avocado Sandwich!
