Ingredients
- 2 cups Cauliflower florets
- 1 cup Red bell pepper
- ¼ cup Cheddar cheese, sliced
- ¼ cup White cheddar cheese, sliced
- ¼ cup Mozzarella balls, mini
- 2 Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Cucumber, sliced
- Butter crackers
- Celery sticks
- Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. On a small serving board, arrange cauliflower and red bell pepper to make Santa’s beard and hat. Fill in the middle with cheese and a cracker to make his face, using cucumber for the eyes and mouth, and cherry tomatoes for the nose and cheeks.
Fill in gaps with remaining florets and mozzarella balls.
Serve with a ramekin of Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip for the pom pom on the hat and extra crackers & celery. Enjoy your Ho-Ho-Holiday Charcuterie!
